This procedure provides an overview and requirements of the comprehensive and systematic project delivery process to be used by MOMRA/GDMP and Amanat through all the phases and stages in the project life cycle.
The overall Stage Gate Process aims to focus on a list of critical deliverables that must be completed to allow the project stakeholders to make an informed and responsible decision on the Project’s advancement into the next Stage.
The deliverables, as defined in section 9 which form the basis of the Stage Gate Process are intended to ensure that each Stage of Project is presented in a granular fashion which can be examined with the required clarity to ensure that the Project is progressing in conformance with this procedure.
