The purpose of this document is to provide A/E Consultants with a template to prepare their own BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
The BIM execution plan provides the project team with clear guidance as to the staffing, tools, processes, procedures and systems required to facilitate the flow of information to support the design, procurement and construction of the Amanat Projects.
