Project Elevated Work Platform Procedure
This Elevated Work Platform Procedure is applicable to Company, Contractor, Subcontractor Personnel and visitors. It provides the minimum guidelines, requirements and responsibilities for the safe operation and use of various types of elevating work platforms.
Project Confined Space Entry Procedure
The purpose of this procedure is to outline the requirements for work activities undertaken within confined spaces, and to assist in identification, and to establish a generic system for the safe entry into confined spaces. Additional control measures may be required depending on specific project requirements.
Project Barricades and Signs Procedure
This procedure describes the installation and maintenance of barricades and key essential types of safety signs, projects and work entities will restrict entry into and/or provide warning about areas that contain safety hazards, abnormal conditions, or in which unusual operations are being performed.
Project Fall Protection Procedure
The purpose of this procedure is to establish minimum requirements and guidelines to provide maximum prevention/protection against falls from elevation and a minimum standard of training necessary to emphasize personnel understanding and compliance with the program. The procedure is not intended to cover every situation where risk of fall exists. Projects and business entities must develop job specific fall prevention plan for the works undertaken.
Project Fire Prevention and Protection Procedure
This Procedure establishes the minimum fire prevention and protection requirements. It is designed to reduce the fire risk on the Project and prepare for response to fire if needed. The Procedure includes information regarding Project-specific fire prevention and protection procedures and guidance for Subcontractors to develop and implement complementing processes that comply with Project procedures and applicable regulations and standards.
This Procedure is not intended to provide fire protection and response for permanent plant operation.
Project Personal Protective Equipment Procedure
The purpose of this procedure is to establish the minimum Personal Protective Equipment “PPE” requirements, and a guidance on the selection and use of PPE for tasks and the associated risk that may have been identified as a risk.
Project Housekeeping Requirements Procedure
The purpose of this procedure is to outline housekeeping requirements and the necessary practices to keep job sites tidiness actively managed. Housekeeping is the responsibility of all site personnel, and line management commitment will be demonstrated by the continued efforts of supervising staff towards this activity.
Project General Safe Work Requirements Procedure
This procedure outlines the General Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) requirements for processes and tasks not otherwise addressed in other specific procedures.
Project Safety Watches Procedure
This procedure establishes the guidelines and standards for the duties and responsibilities of personnel assigned to be a Safety Watch for a specific activity.
For this procedure, a Safety Watch is a person specifically trained and assigned to warn others of potentially unsafe situations or emergency conditions, and to provide safety action as necessary.
